We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk from the bus station and close to everything else in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who made our stay comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was impressive.

We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was technologically savvy, with features such as the AC being controlled by the access card.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the presence of unpleasant smells in the room, especially in the morning. It seemed like the ventilation system connected the smoking and non, smoking rooms, which resulted in a noticeable smoke smell.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with two big beds that provided a great night's sleep. the staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected and holding our luggage after check-out.
