We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk from the bus station and close to everything else in the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who made our stay comfortable. The facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness was excellent.

This made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and get around without any hassle. the staff was helpful in providing directions and arranging transportation, such as airport taxis, made our stay more convenient. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was technologically savvy, with features such as the AC being controlled by the access card.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the presence of unpleasant smells in the room, especially in the morning. It seemed like the ventilation system connected the smoking and non-smoking rooms, which resulted in a noticeable smoke smell.
